ELITE SOLDAmaq HF. THE CONCEPT. The ELITE SOLDAmaq HF is specially designed for the producer or the grinding shop with high demands of saw blade tips repairing. The welding system operates using a high-frequency generator. It is available in two versions: a basic version and a version with a pyrometer for reading the welding temperature and a semi-automatic welding system with a pneumatic clamp.

HOW IT WORKS. Welding: Place the saw in the saw holder of the machine, insert the new Carbide tooth tip in the socket, and position the saw on the tooth. Press the welding foot-pedal until the desired temperature is reached. Repeat this process as many times as necessary for welding, and you will have the saw finished and ready to sharpen. Unwelding: Place the saw in the saw holder of the machine, support the tooth you wish to remove against the welding socket housing, and press the welding button. The tooth is heated, and with one of your two free hands, you can remove it with the help of a rod to avoid burns.

Tip profile: It is possible to braze every tooth profile. High-quality components ensure a long lifetime.
