The ELITE FILTRAmaq SOLO is a self-contained filtration and cooling system designed for liquids, capable of filtering down to 2 µm, and compatible with both oils and emulsion-based coolants. This system is specifically intended for grinding and sharpening applications, ensuring optimal machining performance.

A key feature is its high-quality filtration system, which allows a flow rate of up to 50 liters per minute. Additionally, it includes a gravity return system, eliminating the need for a return booster pump, resulting in energy savings of up to 50%. It is equipped with a magnetic pre-cleaning system using powerful neodymium magnets coated in stainless steel, which removes magnetic particles from the coolant, enhancing filter cartridge longevity.

The compact design of the FILTRAmaq SOLO facilitates placement between machines, optimizing workspace utilization. The setup and operation are simple, allowing for quick integration into existing configurations. Each unit has dimensions of 900 x 620 x 650 mm and weighs 75 kg in working condition. The lifespan of the grinding wheel can increase by up to four times, and the surface roughness of cutting tools improves, particularly when dealing with hard materials such as tungsten carbide. This combination of features makes it an effective system for the filtration and cooling of liquids.

The FILTRAmaq SOLO operates by allowing dirty coolant to enter the system by gravity. Afterward, the clean coolant is pumped back to the grinding machine using its pump. An optional clean coolant pump may also be included to autonomously deliver filtered coolant to the grinding machine, making it possible to filter multiple machines with a single unit.
