Biodegradable detergent with tool corrosion protection. Motorization of the tool carriage available as an option. Draining system for quick and easy change of the liquid.

The Elite LAVAmaq 780 provides a tool cleaning system that will save a lot of operator time. Insert dirty tools such as circular saws, blades or milling cutters into the machine and within 10 to 15 minutes they will be completely clean, dry and protected against corrosion. The cleaned tool is ready to be introduced into the grinder without contaminating the coolant. It allows cleaning saws and tools up to a diameter of 750 mm. You can also insert the already sharpened tools for 1 minute to receive corrosion protection that is completely dry and unnoticed.

The LAVAmaq 780 uses a hot water cleaning system driven by pressure jets. Maximum tool dimensions are ø750 x 500 mm (Diameter x Height) with a maximum tool weight of 150 Kg. Cleaning temperature reaches up to 60ºC. The pump capacity is 110 l/min and 2.2 bar. Water tank capacity is 120 liters with a connection of 400V or 220V 3 Ph. 50/60 Hz.
