This machine is constructed from high-quality stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm. It features an adjustable water heating temperature up to 60ºC and a programmable timer for washing cycles ranging from 1 to 30 minutes. The use of a biodegradable detergent ensures that tools are not only thoroughly cleaned but also protected against corrosion.

The ELITE LAVAmaq 1150 can clean and dry tools such as circular saws, blades, or milling cutters within 10 to 15 minutes, allowing them to be immediately introduced into grinder operations without contaminating the coolant. It accommodates saws and tools up to a diameter of 1150 mm. Additionally, it can treat already sharpened tools in just 1 minute for corrosion protection.

The machine includes optional accessories such as a vapor exhaust, an automatic filler for the tank, an automatic drain system, an automatic oil separator, and a grid for disc placement.
