Featuring adjustable water heating up to 60ºC and a programmable timer that allows wash cycles between 1 to 30 minutes, the LAVAmaq 1150 ensures effective cleaning. It utilizes a biodegradable detergent formulated to protect tools from corrosion. An optional motorization feature for the tool carriage enhances operational convenience, while the efficient draining system facilitates quick liquid change.
The LAVAmaq 1150 enables the cleaning of tools such as circular saws, blades, and milling cutters with diameters up to 1150 mm. Tools are placed directly into the machine, and within 10 to 15 minutes, they emerge completely clean, dry, and ready for grinder re-introduction without contaminating the coolant. Additionally, pre-sharpened tools can receive a dry corrosion protection treatment in just 1 minute. This model comes with optional accessories, such as vapor exhaust, automatic tank filler and drain, an automatic oil separator, and a grid for disc placement.
