Basic steel relief grinding machine and sharpening machine for tungsten carbide tooth circular saws

The ELITE MVB 750 is a basic steel relief grinding machine designed specifically for sharpening tungsten carbide tooth circular saws. This model features three CNC axes that enable automatic operations, which can be programmed directly from the control panel.

With its compact design, the ELITE MVB 750 accommodates a wide range of disc diameters, from 100 mm to 850 mm. It operates efficiently and requires minimal space, making it ideal for workshops with limited floor area.

Equipped with an easy-to-use control panel, the ELITE MVB 750 allows for programming various parameters including tooth angle, sharpening path, load, speed, tooth pitch, indexing speed, number of teeth, and back-off grinding adjustments.

The machine includes integrated refrigeration equipment, capable of wet sharpening with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil, which enhances sharpening quality and prolongs the life of the grinding wheel. The coolant system features a 220-liter tank and removable grates for straightforward cleaning.

The ELITE MVB 750 is designed for easy maintenance, with a clean layout that places the electrical panel conveniently at the bottom and mechanics accessible at the top. This setup simplifies servicing and repairs.

Included with the machine are a grinding wheel holder for back-off grinding, a 3 mm feeding pawl, and it is prepared for connection to a machine filtration system or centralized filtration setup.
