The ELITE JVC 700 is an automatic circular blade grinding machine designed for blades with diameters ranging from Ø30 mm to Ø800 mm. It features a user-friendly control panel with on-screen guided instructions and an automated grinding cycle that includes coolant application.
This machine operates with one CNC axis for full automation of the grinding process, allowing programming of a single cutting angle for circular blades. The circular knife rotation speed is continuously adjustable, and programmable grinding phases include roughing, finishing, and polishing.
The control panel is equipped with an LCD screen for easy programming, including settings for various grinding phases. The machine is capable of producing uniform circular knives and includes an integrated coolant system with a 220-liter tank for efficient cooling. It features a 1 kW grinding wheel motor, selectable blade angles from 0º to 100º, and operates at a grinding wheel rotation speed of 3000 RPM.
