Manupack 10,000 kg Mechanical Jack is the highest-capacity model in the range of mechanical jacks, designed to lift and hold very heavy loads of up to 10,000 kg gradually, in a controlled and safe manner, using a high-precision rack and pinion system. It is intended for maintenance, repair, and positioning operations on heavy industrial machinery where reliability and safety are critical.
With a nominal capacity of 10,000 kg (load Q) and a cantilever load Q1 of 7,000 kg, this mechanical jack offers a crank force of 540 N and a net weight of 38 kg. Its rack and pinion mechanism keeps the load raised without risk of accidental lowering and without the need for continuous pressure. It complies with the guidelines of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work in Spain and all applicable CE regulations.
The 10,000 kg mechanical jack incorporates a high-precision rack and pinion system that allows complete control during both lifting and lowering of the load. The mechanical system keeps the load in position once raised, without the need for continuous monitoring of the equipment.
It is suitable for heavy-duty industrial maintenance, shipbuilding, infrastructure construction, heavy automotive applications, and any operation requiring the safe lifting and holding of loads up to 10,000 kg. For lower capacity needs, see the 5,000 kg mechanical jack.
Unlike hydraulic jacks, the rack and pinion mechanism of the 10,000 kg mechanical jack does not rely on fluid pressure to maintain the raised load. This eliminates the risk of descent due to pressure loss and requires no hydraulic fluid maintenance.
Before each use, check the condition of the rack and crank, lubricate the moving parts periodically, and do not exceed the maximum capacity of 10,000 kg. For cantilever loads, respect the Q1 limit of 7,000 kg.
