The Manupack 1200 kg Lithium electric stacker with a 3500 mm lifting height belongs to the QDA Lithium 1200 kg range and is the standard, highest-lift model in the range, designed for high-traffic warehouses that need to lift pallets to high-bay racking. With a maximum lifting height of 3500 mm and a stowed height of 2350 mm, it covers most installations with four or more racking levels.
Made of high-strength steel with a compact design (790 mm wide, 1750 mm overall length), it features a high-pressure hydraulic pump, speed control, fork lowering control, an LED load indicator, and a rear safety grille. Its speed of 3.5/4 km/h and 180° turning radius ensure efficiency and maneuverability, even in very narrow aisles.
The 1200 kg LITIO electric stacker with a 3500 mm lifting height is equipped with Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm) and polyurethane wheels. The folded height of 2350 mm should be taken into account for access to trucks and loading docks.
The lithium battery offers fast charging, a longer lifespan, the ability to perform partial charges without damaging the battery, and requires no distilled water maintenance. For single-day use with a charging point available, the model with a GEL battery is a more economical alternative.
The 1200 kg Lithium electric stacker with a height of 3500 mm is ideally suited for warehouses with four levels of shelving: intensive distribution logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, and construction. For moderate or occasional use, manual stackers are available.
The lithium battery does not require full charge cycles or electrolyte maintenance. It is recommended not to completely discharge the battery to prolong its lifespan. Manupack offers personalized after-sales service with a large stock of spare parts.
