The air filter is also easy to access, and its dual-element design simplifies cleaning, another reason why JCB construction telehandlers are top-rated in their class for SAE service levels. • All daily checks and greasing on a 540-140 Hi-Viz can be carried out at ground level; fuel tank filling can also be done from ground level, with the tank fitted with pre-filters in the filler neck, which protects against dirt and contaminants. • The dry lubrication system means the wear pads of the 540-140 Hi-Viz are extremely durable, with 500-hour service intervals.
