Quality processThe fully welded one-piece chassis in the JCB RTFL maximizes strength and reduces weight, while the axles are the same heavy-duty ones we fit to our backhoe loaders and telehandlers. • Our RTFLs are subjected to a rigorous testing program, which includes prolonged high-stress loads on the chassis, as well as repeated use of the transmission over thousands of cycles. • The hydraulic cylinders of our RTFLs have the rod end eye friction welded for extra strength; moreover, all joints use hardened pins.
