The ELITE MVB 850 is our flat top and face tooth grinder and steel relief grinding machine for removing steel from the back of the tooth on carbide-tipped circular saws. It is designed for saws ranging from ø100 to 850 mm. Its special configuration makes it the ideal machine for sharpening workshops. It not only allows for relieving the saw body but also facilitates the sharpening of the top and face of teeth in flat geometry. This dual function allows for greater utilization, resulting in faster cost amortization of the machine.

Automatic operation utilizing 4 CNC axes: B: Tooth angle, C: Feed claw, Z: Sharpening path, X: Sharpening load. The optimal cabin design ensures quick positioning of the saw blade. The easy-to-use control panel comes with a color LCD touch screen allowing for programming of various parameters such as: tooth angle programming, sharpening path, sharpening load, sharpening speed, tooth pitch, indexing speed of the tooth feeding pawl, number of teeth, and back-off grinding.

An integrated coolant system with a 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning operates with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil to enhance sharpening quality and prolong grinding wheel life. Easy access and maintenance are facilitated with the electrical panel located at the back of the machine and the mechanical system at the top, both protected by panels that allow easy access and reduce the overall space required for the machine.

EQUIPMENT INCLUDED: Grinding wheel holder for face and back sharpening wheels, 3 mm feed pawl, LED lamp work area lighting, device for sharpening saws of equal diameters. Prepared for connection to a machine filtration system or centralized filtration system.
