The ELITE JVC 800 model serves as a sharpening machine for circular knives, providing high-quality finishes and optimal working times. With 3 CNC axes, it allows sharpening of 2 cutting angles simultaneously.

The JVC 800 machine features an easy-to-use control panel where all button functions are explained with illustrations, with each button designated for a single task. The LCD screen allows for machine programming, with programmable values including: roughing phase, total amount to be ground, and circular knife rotation speed. In the finishing phase, similar parameters can be programmed along with the fine-finishing operation time and rotation speed.

The machine includes a grinding wheel motor of 2x0.75 kW with variable wheel rotation speed from 5,000 to 9,000 RPM. A program for equal diameters is included as a standard feature, allowing for the production of circular saw blades at the same diameter.

An integrated cooling system uses water-soluble coolant or grinding oil to enhance sharpening quality and prolong grinding wheel life. The coolant system features a 220-liter tank with removable grates for easy cleaning.

Access and maintenance are simplified with the electrical panel located at the bottom and the mechanical system at the top, both protected by corresponding easy-access panels, which also reduce the total space required for the machine.

Included equipment for the ELITE JVC 800 model consists of 3 CNC axes (X, Y1, Y2), a program for sharpening circular blades with equal diameters, and grinding cycle programming (roughing, finishing, polishing) via the LCD screen. It is prepared for connection to a machine filtration system or a centralized filtration system.
