The ELITE MVB 670 model is our chip breaker slots grinder designed for circular saws with carbide or HSS teeth. It features a half-enclosure configuration, making it particularly economical for workshops that prioritize savings. This machine is compatible with saws ranging from 210 mm to 650 mm in diameter.

It operates automatically using 2 CNC axes and 1 pneumatic axis: C: Feed claw, X: Sharpening path, Y: for centering the pneumatically operated chip breaker. It also includes a manual axis: Z: manual movement for centering the height of the grinding wheel. The enclosure design allows for particularly easy access for quick preparations before sharpening.

The easy-to-use control panel includes buttons explained with illustrations, each designed for a single task. This means the operator knows what to expect with every button press. The LCD screen control panel enables programming of the machine, highlighting programmable values such as sharpening path, sharpening speed, tooth pitch, indexing speed of the feeding pawl, and the number of broken teeth.

The integrated refrigeration system allows for wet sharpening with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil, enhancing sharpening quality and extending grinding wheel life. It features a coolant system with a 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning. The clean design and easy access enable maintenance or repair tasks.

The electrical panel is positioned at the bottom and the mechanics at the top of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover. The electrical panel is organized for straightforward maintenance as needed.

EQUIPMENT INCLUDED: Grinding wheel holder for ø32 mm hole, feeding pawl of 3 mm, device for serial sharpening of equal diameters, and half enclosure.

RECOMMENDED OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES: Saw holders for incisors and discs, and centering rings in various sizes. To improve sharpening quality, it is advisable to equip the machine with the ELITE FILTRAmaq UNO filtration system, which filters down to 2 µm.
