A tapas restaurant with a terrace, one of the most popular in the past year, is available for transfer due to health issues. It is located on the promenade of Cocentaina, at the heart of all the festivities and with a high volume of business.

The establishment has been renovated and features completely new restrooms, updated doors and windows, a hood with a fire suppression system as required by regulations, a new electrical panel, new air conditioning, as well as new refrigerators, industrial dishwashers, and fryers.

The license is currently in process, allowing for immediate commencement of operations.
