The accommodation consists of 24 rooms with flexible configurations: standard rooms including 5 double rooms and 1 junior suite, all equipped with a bathroom and television, as well as low-cost basic rooms comprising 9 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, and 6 single rooms, with 2 to 5 shared full bathrooms.

Facilities include a restaurant, a café, a gourmet shop, a 200 m2 garden-terrace, and parking. There is also a kitchen, storage room, cold room, laundry, boiler room, and gas storage.

The establishment is fully equipped (optional), and the investment in equipment is protected by European funds, which can cover up to 30% of the grant.

It is located in an extraordinary area between León and Asturias, along the Camino de Santiago.
