The Monasterio Café is available for transfer, currently in operation, due to personal reasons. All documentation is up to date, and it holds a license for Café with Music.

The establishment is located in an expanding town, with many students living near UCAM. There are no contracts with suppliers or outstanding debts; everything is in order.

All furniture and the interior of the premises will become the property of the new owner. A monthly payment of €650 will be made to the landlord. Assistance will be provided throughout the process of changing ownership, and the business is ready to operate without any modifications.
