The workshop is ready to start operating from day one, featuring a Spanesi paint booth in perfect condition, fully inspected 8 months ago, with documentation from the company that conducted the inspection. Additionally, it includes 2 lifts with the possibility of adding mechanical services, a preparation area, a washing area, an office, and a bathroom.

There is an option for private parking to accommodate cars in a private garage with 40 spaces located beneath the workshop.
