A cheese factory is for sale, located in the town of Aceuchal (Badajoz).

The facility consists of a 700 m² warehouse, equipped with two offices, two bathrooms, a service shop, a storage room, a boiler room, an external cold room of 60 m², a vehicle and storage area, and a cheese production area of 200 m².

FACILITIES

OFFICES: It includes two fully furnished offices with air conditioning.

DRESSING ROOMS/RESTROOMS: It has two dressing rooms/restrooms, equipped with showers and lockers.

SERVICE SHOP: It features an office equipped with a display-type cold room for product sales and an electronic scale that prints tickets.

STORAGE ROOM: A storage room for products and utensils of 25 m².

VEHICLE AND STORAGE AREA: It consists of a 500 m² space with capacity for trucks and vehicles, equipped with a 60 m² cold room, where various plastic boxes for cheese storage are kept.

BOILER ROOM: It includes a patio to house a boiler and an 800 l diesel tank, as well as a 2000 l tank for whey storage.

CHEESE FACTORY: The factory includes a reception area with two milk refrigeration tanks of 15 m², a shipping area of 15 m², a drying room of 60 m², a production room of 70 m², a storage room for molds of 20 m², and a cold room for storage and a brine tank of 25 m².

EQUIPMENT: It includes a Volkswagen LT46 van for milk collection with a 1200 l tank, a Peugeot Partner with a cooling system, an external cold room of 60 m², two tanks for milk reception of 1500 l and 1200 l, a Dutch-style curd vat of 2200 l, a pasteurizer of 2500 l/h, and a press 6 m long with eight pistons and four heights.

Additional equipment includes a cart for whey drainage and mold filling with two sets of filling plates for cheeses of 0.5 kg and 1 kg, three stainless steel tanks for mold storage and treatment, a cold room for cheese storage of 25 m² with a brine tank capable of holding 600 cheeses of 1 kg, a drying room for cheese curing of 60 m², a vacuum packaging machine with capacity for 6 cheeses, a scale, stainless steel tables, a large quantity of molds of all sizes, a large quantity of plastic boxes for cheese storage, and several pumps for transferring milk and whey.
