The sausage factory is located in the Málaga region, with an area of 387 m² and a yard plus a warehouse of 363 m².

It has a health registration and is approved by the CEE. The facility includes a loading dock for the unloading of raw materials.

Services and showers with lockers are available for staff, along with a storage area for additives and a storage area for packaging.

The factory includes a room for confiscated items and another for cleaning products, as well as a chamber for raw materials and a room for cleaning casings.

The production area is equipped with a sausage stuffer, grinder, mixer, three stainless steel tables, and a scale.
