The Manupack 2500 kg Mechanical Jack is a mechanical lifting device designed to lift heavy loads gradually and in a controlled and safe manner using a high-precision rack and pinion system. Unlike hydraulic jacks, its mechanical mechanism keeps the load raised without risk of accidental descent, making it suitable for maintenance, repair, and positioning of heavy machinery.
It has a nominal capacity of 2500 kg (load Q) and a cantilever load Q1 of 1750 kg. It offers a crank force of 380 N and a weight of 15 kg. It complies with the guidelines of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work in Spain and all applicable CE regulations.
The 2500 kg mechanical jack incorporates a high-precision rack and pinion system that allows complete control during both lifting and lowering the load. The mechanical system keeps the load in position once raised, without the need for continuous active pressure or monitoring of the equipment.
The Manupack 2500 kg mechanical jack is suitable for industrial maintenance, mechanical workshops, construction, automotive, heavy equipment, and any operation requiring the safe lifting and holding of loads up to 2500 kg. Unlike hydraulic jacks, the rack and pinion mechanism of the 2500 kg mechanical jack does not rely on fluid pressure to maintain the raised load. This eliminates the risk of lowering due to pressure loss and requires no hydraulic fluid maintenance, reducing operating costs and increasing reliability in demanding environments.
It is recommended to check the condition of the rack and crank before each use, lubricate the moving parts periodically, and not exceed the maximum capacity of 2500 kg. For cantilever loads, respect the Q1 limit of 1750 kg.
