The Manupack 1200 kg Lithium electric stacker with a 3000 mm lifting height belongs to the QDA Lithium 1200 kg range and is designed for warehouses with high traffic and shelving up to the third level. It has a maximum lifting height of 3000 mm and a stowed height of 2080 mm, and it is suitable for installations where the 2500 mm model falls short.
It is made of high-strength steel and has a compact design with a width of 790 mm and an overall length of 1750 mm. It features a high-pressure hydraulic pump, speed control, fork lowering control, an LED load indicator, and a rear safety grille. Its speed of 3.5/4 km/h and 180° turning radius support maneuverability in very narrow aisles.
It is equipped with Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm) and polyurethane wheels. The folded height of 2080 mm allows use on standard trucks and loading docks.
The lithium battery offers fast charging, a longer lifespan, the ability to perform partial charges without damaging the battery, and no distilled water maintenance. For single-day use with a charging point available, the model with a GEL battery is a more economical alternative.
It is suitable for warehouses with three levels of shelving, intensive distribution logistics, pharmaceuticals, food, and construction. For moderate or occasional use, manual stackers are also available.
The lithium battery does not require full charge cycles or electrolyte maintenance. It is recommended not to completely discharge the battery to prolong its lifespan. Manupack offers personalized after-sales service and a large stock of spare parts.
