Features• The full cast housing with cooling fins has a large heat transfer surface, which prevents the electromagnet from overheating during operation and extends continuous operating time. • The coil material is high quality and, with greater insulation, significantly reduces the risk of turn-to-turn short circuit. This wire makes the electromagnet especially easy to repair, since in the event of a failure only the coil must be rewound. • The thermal insulation seal provides an optimal coil temperature during use of the electromagnet with loads of up to 650° С, thus ensuring stable load capacity. • The high-quality filling compound prevents an electrical breakdown between the coil wire and the housing and reduces overheating of the electromagnetic coil. • The reinforced shielding plate is reliable protection for the coil with a significantly longer service life of the electromagnet. The clamping bands of the electromagnets are made of grade 09G2S steel, which is characterized by high strength and greater wear resistance.
