Manupack 1500 kg Lithium electric stacker with a 3500 mm lifting height. It is the tallest model in the QDA Lithium 1500 kg range, designed for high-volume warehouses that need to lift pallets and heavy loads to high-bay racking. Its 2 x 12V/75Ah lithium battery with integrated charger and LED charge indicator is suited to long or multi-shift work.
Made of high-strength steel with a compact design (790 mm wide, 1750 mm overall length), it features a high-pressure hydraulic pump, speed control, fork lowering control, and a rear safety guard. It has a maximum lift height of 3500 mm and a folded height of 2250 mm.
Main technical features: the 1500 kg LITIO electric stacker with a 3500 mm lifting height is equipped with Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm) and polyurethane wheels. Its speed of 3.5/4 km/h and 180° turning radius with complete safety ensure efficiency and maneuverability, even in very narrow aisles. The net weight of 553 kg provides the necessary stability for loads close to the maximum rated capacity.
Advantages of LITHIUM batteries versus GEL batteries: the lithium battery offers fast charging, with no need to wait for it to cool down, a longer lifespan, the ability to perform partial charges without damaging the battery, and no distilled water maintenance. The LED charging indicator shows the remaining battery life at all times.
