The Elite SOLDAmaq 30 Mini is an economical band saw welding machine designed for workshops that require welding with the "butt welding" system for saws ranging in width from 5 to 30 mm (0.19" to 1.18").

Key features include enhanced sensitivity in welding and annealing thin steel and carbon steel bandsaw blades without the need for additional flux, all accomplished in just a few seconds. It incorporates electronic current control and an electronic annealing current, and comes with a cutting shear included.

Operation of the Elite SOLDAmaq 30 is straightforward: simply follow the provided welding parameters based on the saw's thickness and width, secure the saw in the clamping jaws, and press the welding button. This machine allows for both welding and annealing in a single clamping action without additional material. Specifications include: steel bandsaw width from 5 to 30 mm, bandsaw thickness from 0.5 to 1 mm, maximum welding cross-section of 24 mm2, and installed power of 4 kW.
