IFORKS heavy forks forklift trucks are designed for efficient material handling, allowing for easy installation and use in just 5 minutes. These trucks feature an LCD display with 18mm high digits and adjustable backlighting, enhancing visibility for weighing operations. The battery status is indicated by LED lights, ensuring users are aware of the power levels. These forklift trucks offer various charging capacities of 2,500, 3,000, or 5,000 kg, with multi-scale graduation depending on the load capacity. Key functions include automatic and manual zero correction, gross/net weighing, total weights with order numbers, and the introduction of a 5-digit ID code. Additionally, they come equipped with integrated level correction in the forks, an internal clock for date and time, and a serial RS232 port connection for Bluetooth printer integration. Optional WiFi or Bluetooth modules are available for data communication, along with a charge error message at the tip with registration. Installation is straightforward, taking only 5 minutes, and the system operates wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.0, eliminating the need for cables. The power supply to the forks is managed by compact ion-lithium batteries, and digital calibration ensures accuracy.
