Piston stacking pad painted light blue

The piston stacking pad painted light blue is designed for the storage, stacking, and transport of drums using a pallet truck or forklift. It can accommodate a maximum of four 200-liter drums, and it is also versatile enough to combine 200-liter drums with smaller containers, such as 60-liter drums or small cans. This stacking pad is constructed from 3 mm steel sheet and features a galvanized grid with a load capacity of 1000 kg/m². It includes a maneuver margin on the floor of 100 mm, making it easy to handle. The design allows for stacking up to three units in height, and it is equipped with chain insurance for added safety. Additionally, the piston stacking pad has protective walls against splashes on three sides and comes with a Declaration of Compliance (UHP in German). It meets StawaR standards and is approved for flammable liquids assigned to GHS categories 1 to 3, as well as for hazardous substances for the aquatic environment assigned to GHS categories 1 to 4.
