Kippomat hot galvanized equipment

The Kippomat hot galvanized equipment is designed for the efficient transport, emptying, and cleaning of cages for europalés, manufactured in accordance with DIN 15155 standards. This equipment features a robust frame with sleeves for forks, ensuring stability during operation. To prevent slips, the Kippomat can be secured with two bolts for steel containers and two folding fixing arms for plastic containers, which ensure the containers remain secure while being emptied. A steel cable is included to keep the lid open during operation. This equipment operates using a hydraulic vacuum system, which is powered by the forklift's hydraulic system, with a minimum operating pressure of 130 bars. The movement is controlled both forward and backward, and a continuous capacity regulation valve allows for precise control of the emptying speed. Additionally, it comes with accessories for connecting hydraulic hoses, a steel cable, and a safety chain, as well as a manual vacuuming option equipped with an adjustable discharge brake.
