The new weighing system for self-installable mobile forklifts is designed for efficient load control in fast-paced environments. This advanced tool minimizes truck traffic, reduces energy consumption, and lowers collision risks involving staff. The integrated overload bar and alarm system keep operators informed about the load ratio in relation to the truck's overload limit.
This system weighs the load during the lifting process to a designated point and alerts the operator if the preset lifting limit is exceeded by measuring the hydraulic lifting system's pressure. As the operator lifts a load, the load bar provides continuous feedback on its weight compared to the maximum lifting capacity. If an attempt is made to lift beyond the preset limit, both an audible alarm and an electric relay are triggered. The relay can initiate an overload action, such as speed reduction or automatic fork release.
The system is fully adjustable and does not impact hydraulic lifting performance, enhancing overall workplace safety. It is compatible with shovel loaders and front loaders as well. Key characteristics include a precision of 1% (+-12-15kg margin of error), no alteration of the wheelbarrow dimensions or capacity, and a robust design that is resistant to shocks and vibrations. It can be installed on various lifting equipment and features a charging status indicator via the overload bar, acoustic overload warnings, and is maintenance-free due to the absence of moving parts.
