Performance of up to 15.1 kW per chamber (model 635L) with heavy-duty construction and optimized insulation. Stainless steel exterior, balanced door, and double internal lighting. Efficiency with reduced heat loss thanks to a special front band. OEM OTC technology (touch version) includes Baking Assistance to adapt performance and First Heating to optimize initial heating.
High productivity, capable of cooking up to 81 pizzas/hour Ø35 cm (model 935) or 108 pizzas/hour (double model 1235). Custom cooking with independent regulation of the top and bottom, 1 °C precision with LED display (digital version), and 10 customizable programs.
