Description
The Manupack 1500 kg electric stacker with a 3000 mm lifting height is the tallest model in the QDA 1500 kg range, designed for high-traffic warehouses that need to lift pallets and heavy loads to the third level of racking. With a maximum lifting height of 3000 mm, it covers installations where the 1600 mm and 2500 mm models cannot reach.
It is made of high-strength steel and incorporates a high-pressure hydraulic pump with an electric motor and a 2x12V/75Ah GEL battery with integrated charger. Speed control and fork lowering control provide precise and safe handling of heavy loads at height. Its robust and compact design makes it suitable for working in narrow aisles while maintaining the necessary stability.
It is equipped with Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm) and polyurethane wheels on both the front forks and the tiller. Its 2080 mm folded height allows use on standard trucks and loading docks. The net weight of 553 kg provides the necessary stability for loads close to the maximum rated capacity.
It is suited to high-volume warehouses with three levels of racking: intensive distribution logistics, metalworking, construction, large-format food products, and pharmaceuticals. The combination of 1500 kg capacity and 3000 mm lifting height makes it suitable for reaching the top racking without sacrificing high load capacity.
With a 1500 kg load at a height of 3000 mm, the physical effort required by a manual stacker is impractical for extended workdays. The electric stacker eliminates this effort, reduces fatigue, and increases productivity. The GEL battery requires no distilled water maintenance and offers sufficient autonomy for a full workday with a typical load.
The battery is recommended to be charged at the end of each day and deep discharges should be avoided to prolong its lifespan. Manupack offers personalized after-sales service with a large stock of spare parts to minimize downtime.
