Description
The Manupack 1200 kg electric stacker with a 3300 mm lifting height is the highest-lift model in the entire QDA GEL 1200 kg range. With a 3300 mm lifting height and a 1200 kg capacity, it is suitable for high-bay warehouses with four or more racking levels that handle heavy loads and need to maximize the available vertical space.
Manufactured from high-strength steel, it incorporates a high-pressure hydraulic pump with an electric motor and a 2x12V/75Ah GEL battery with integrated charger. Speed control and fork lowering control are critical at this height to ensure precise and safe handling. The 2150 mm folded height allows for use on standard trucks and loading docks.
The 1200 kg electric stacker with a 3300 mm lifting height is equipped with Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm) and polyurethane wheels on both the front forks and the tiller. Its net weight of 553 kg provides the structural stability needed for safe operation at maximum height with loads up to 1200 kg.
It is intended for high-bay warehouses with high stock turnover and heavy loads in sectors such as logistics and intensive distribution, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, food, textiles, graphic arts, construction, and agriculture. It is suitable when maximum height and the maximum load capacity of the GEL range are required. For moderate or occasional use, manual stackers 1000 Kg are also available.
At 3300 mm with 1200 Kg of load, continuous use of a manual stacker is not viable. The electric stacker completely removes physical effort, improves safety at height, and maintains constant productivity throughout the working day. If lower energy consumption and longer battery life are required, the 1200 Kg LITHIUM electric stacker from the same range is available.
It is recommended to charge the battery at the end of each working day and avoid deep discharges. At 3300 mm, the operator must have direct visibility of the depositing area, the warehouse free height must be greater than 3500 mm, and the work area must be properly signposted.
