Front lift TORO 50-480/06D with a load capacity of 420 kg and a maximum height of 3850mm. Its compact design, with a folded height of only 1.61 m, allows transport in small vehicles.

This lift has a robust and lightweight design thanks to its components, and is certified for lifting loads up to 420 kg to a maximum height of 3.85 meters. It is equipped with 3 extendable aluminum profiles using pulley systems, and is supplied with all the necessary components and accessories for use: side stabilizers with leveler, forks, double crank winch, wheels for vertical and horizontal transport, and more.

The front lift has a special design that allows the legs to be positioned at the front or rear, making it possible to place the tower close to a wall when necessary. These telescopic legs are equipped with wheels with leveling screws. Note: tray and counterweights available.

The lift is supplied with a self-braking winch (ref. BULL500/2) that prevents reverse movement and stops the load at the desired height. When the winch handle is no longer operated, the brake acts and stops the load.

The winch is equipped with two detachable handles to avoid the risk of handling the lift and reduce transport and storage space.

Thanks to the special system for loading it into vehicles, the comfortable positioning of the load to be lifted, and its quick assembly, this crane is considered one of the most functional on the market. GUIL has designed a practical and safe system that allows the TORO 50-480/06D crane to be lifted electrically (ref. ELECTRIC-D). This lifting system is not included in the lift and converts the manual tower into an electric tower.

The lift is extremely robust yet very light, designed for work where high load capacity is required. It offers maximum stability, safety, and resistance, with a folded height of only 1.61 m. It can be handled by a single operator, with quick and simple assembly without tools and no loose parts. The telescopic detachable legs allow the lift to be brought close to a wall when necessary.

The lift is fitted with a self-braking winch with double handle, which prevents reverse movement and stops the load at the desired height. It includes neodymium magnetic safety pins, 100% Spanish manufacturing in L’Alcúdia (Valencia), and maximum functionality with a wide range of accessories and adapters for multiple uses. It can be used in industrial and domestic installations, both indoors and outdoors. It is supplied with all the components and accessories needed for use, except ACT adapters.

Supplied as standard with foldable side stabilizers with wheels and leveling screws, adjustable removable reversible forks, detachable telescopic legs with wheels and leveling screws, and 12 wheels for vertical and horizontal transport and vehicle loading.

The TORO 50-480/06D lifts are manufactured with advanced technology, carefully selected materials, and quality control of all components during production. The TORO 50-480/06D lift includes two safety systems that provide maximum reliability during lifting and lowering operations.

Self-braking winch Ref. BULL500/2. The self-braking system prevents reverse movement and stops the load at the desired height. Once the desired height is reached, when the winch handles are released, the braking mechanism acts, preventing reverse movement and stopping the load at the desired height.

IPB system. Internal pendulum brake system (IPB): an extra safety system made up of an internal pendulum mechanism that activates automatically on each section when it experiences a slight drop speed and is unlocked by activating a trigger on each section (MSU system).

MSU system. Section unlocking system (MSU): each section is equipped with a trigger that allows the sections to be unlocked when the pendulum brake system has acted.

The TORO 50-480/06D load lifts comply with the safety and quality requirements under the European regulations included in Standard 2006/42/CE.

VERY IMPORTANT: TORO cranes are not manufactured for lifting people. For outdoor use, the lift must be secured with cables, slings, chains, etc. to prevent any unexpected movement due to weather conditions.

Utilities. Ideal for: lifting medium loads at medium height; technical assembly and industrial maintenance; indoor equipment installation; common industrial applications. Not recommended for: loads exceeding 420 kg; use without stability verification; unstable or windy outdoor terrain.
