The ELC-780 industrial top-loading lift has a capacity of up to 280 kg and a maximum height of 5.20 m (tray not included).

The 280 kg top-loading industrial hoist is made up of four high-strength steel profiles/sections with a special epoxy paint finish for outdoor use. This finish allows the tower to be assembled outdoors, supports easy maintenance, and helps prevent rust on its components.

The sections are equipped with: oversized bushing welded to its terminal for greater reinforcement; special adjustment system to avoid play between the sections on all four sides; double idler pulley; protective plates to cover the pulleys, preventing damage during handling and transport of the tower and preventing the cable from coming off them; and the last section is provided with a reinforcing sleeve with an ergonomically designed metal knob.

The compact 42 x 42 cm base is specially designed to allow tower access in reduced spaces. The tower is equipped with four detachable legs fitted with double-step leveling screws (greater speed) and anti-slip discs made of chrome steel and injected rubber, ensuring a perfect fit on all types of surfaces.

Load lifting is carried out by a self-braking manual winch, Ref. AL-KO OPTIMA 901 (900 kg). Once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, the braking mechanism starts to act, preventing rollback and stopping the load. The sections are extended by means of pulley sets with bearings and galvanized steel cable (Composition: 7×19+0), specially designed for lifting loads (DIN 3060). The tower is fitted with a bubble level to facilitate vertical adjustment. Note: the telescopic sections are fixed at the desired height by locking devices (essential during use).

The ELC-780 280 kg top load industrial lift is provided with two safety systems, ensuring maximum reliability during the lifting and lowering process of loads. 1- Self-braking winch from the Austrian manufacturer AL-KO Ref. AL-KO OPTIMA 901. The self-braking system of the winch prevents rollback and stops the load at the desired height; once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever stops being operated, its braking mechanism starts to act, preventing rollback and stopping the load. 2- ASB System (Automatic Locking Safety System): rack and pinion mechanism with safety pins. In the extreme event of cable breakage, the system would immediately lock the tower section, preventing any movement of the load. This lift is constructed using state-of-the-art welding equipment that guarantees maximum safety and strength, meeting at all times the requirements for solidity, maneuverability, and lightness necessary for lifting loads.

The ELC-780 280 kg top load industrial lift complies with the safety requirements according to the following standards and regulations: DGUV Regulation 17 & 18; DGUV Rule 115-002; DIN 56950-1; 2006/42/EC.
