Description
The storage of 200-liter drums or smaller containers, such as 60-liter drums, is conducted in a structure made from 2 mm steel sheet. This system includes drum support, hot-dip galvanization, and a 100 mm floor clearance, allowing for safe stacking of the drums.
It complies with the Declaration of Compliance (UHP in German) and is approved for flammable liquids classified in GHS categories 1 to 3. Additionally, it is suitable for hazardous substances for the aquatic environment, assigned to GHS categories 1 to 4.
While specific models meeting all these criteria are not readily available, there are products that closely align with your requirements. For instance, the Bauer GS-2 and GS-3 hazardous materials cabinets are designed for the storage of 200-liter drums, featuring sump trays made of 3 mm steel sheet, a galvanized grid with a load capacity of 1000 kg/m², and a 100 mm ground clearance. Both models are approved for substances hazardous to the aquatic environment and for flammable liquids with a flash point greater than 55 °C.
