OverviewThe ELC-750 industrial top-loading lift has a capacity of 180 kg and is designed for loads up to 180 kg at a maximum height of 4.5 m (tray not included). Available from 09/24. ProfilesThe 180kg top-loading industrial hoist is composed of four sections of high-strength steel with a special epoxy paint finish for outdoor use. This finish allows for outdoor installation of the hoist tower, ensuring its easy maintenance and preventing rust. The sections are equipped with: • a) Welded terminal bushings for greater reinforcement. • b) Adjustable sections to avoid play (ergonomic metal knob). • c) Protective plates to cover the pulleys, preventing damage during handling and transport of the tower and preventing the cable from coming out. • d) The last section is equipped with a reinforcement bushing. Base of the Industrial ElevatorCompact base of 41 x 41 cm specially designed to allow access of the tower in tight spaces. The tower is equipped with four removable legs with double-thread leveling screws (greater speed), featuring non-slip discs made of chrome steel and injected rubber that ensure a perfect fit on all types of surfaces. Lifting MechanismThe lifting of the load is performed using a self-braking manual winch from AL-KO. Once the desired height is reached, releasing the winch lever engages the braking mechanism, preventing backward movement and stopping the load. The sections extend using pulley sets with bearings and galvanized steel cable (Composition: 7×19+0) specially designed for lifting loads (DIN 3060). Note: The telescopic sections are secured at the desired height using locking pins (essential during use). SafetyThe 180kg top load industrial hoist is equipped with two safety systems, guaranteeing maximum reliability during the lifting and lowering of loads: 1. Self-braking winch from the Austrian manufacturer AL-KO. The winch's self-braking system prevents backward movement and stops the load at the desired height. Once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, its braking mechanism engages, preventing backward movement and stopping the load. 2. ASB System (Automatic Locking Safety System). Rack and pinion mechanism with safety locking pins. In the extreme event of cable breakage, the system would immediately lock the tower section, preventing any movement of the load. This elevator is constructed using state-of-the-art welding equipment that guarantees maximum safety and strength, meeting all requirements for robustness, maneuverability, and lightness necessary for lifting loads.
