Description
The Manupack 1000 kg electric stacker with a 3000 mm lifting height is the highest-lifting model in the 1000 kg electric range. It is intended for high-bay warehouses with three or more racking levels that need to lift pallets and loads of up to 1000 kg efficiently and continuously for extended periods.
It is made of high-strength steel and incorporates a high-pressure hydraulic pump with an electric motor and a 2x12V/75Ah GEL battery with integrated charger. Speed control and fork lowering control provide precise and safe handling even at maximum height.
Its main technical characteristics include Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm), polyurethane wheels on the front forks and tiller, a stowed height of 2035 mm, and a net weight of 425 kg.
It is suitable for high-bay warehouses in sectors such as logistics and intensive distribution, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food processing, textiles, and construction. It is the right choice when warehouse height must be maximized and the workload justifies an electric stacker. For moderate or occasional use, 1000 kg manual stackers with a 3000 mm lifting height are also available.
At a height of 3000 mm, the physical effort required by a manual stacker is at its maximum, and operator fatigue is significant during long workdays. The electric stacker eliminates this effort, improves safety at height, and increases productivity. The GEL battery requires no distilled water maintenance and offers sufficient autonomy for a full workday on a typical charge.

It is not recommended for warehouses with one or two levels (preferably 1600 or 2500 mm model), occasional or sporadic use (manual stacker preferred), spaces without access to electrical power for charging, or spaces with a ceiling height of less than 3200 mm.
