Description
The Manupack 5000 kg Mechanical Jack is a high-precision mechanical lifting device designed to lift very heavy loads gradually, in a controlled manner, and safely using a high-precision rack and pinion system. With a nominal capacity of 5000 kg (Q load) and a cantilever load Q1 of 3500 kg, it is suitable for maintenance, repair, and positioning operations of heavy machinery where twice the capacity of the 2500 kg model is required.
Its rack and pinion mechanism keeps the load raised without risk of accidental descent and does not rely on hydraulic pressure. With a crank force of 550 N and a weight of 22 kg, it offers a balance between load capacity and portability. It complies with the guidelines of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work in Spain and all applicable CE regulations.
The 5000 kg mechanical jack incorporates a high-precision rack and pinion system that provides complete control during both lifting and lowering of the load. The mechanical system keeps the load in position once raised, without the need for continuous active pressure or monitoring of the equipment.
The Manupack 5000 kg mechanical jack is suitable for heavy industrial maintenance, machine shops, construction, automotive, marine applications, and any operation requiring the safe lifting and holding of loads up to 5000 kg. For lower capacity needs, see the 2500 kg mechanical jack.
Unlike hydraulic jacks, the rack and pinion mechanism of the 5000 kg mechanical jack does not rely on fluid pressure to maintain the raised load. This eliminates the risk of lowering due to pressure loss and requires no hydraulic fluid maintenance, reducing operating costs and increasing reliability in demanding environments.
It is recommended to check the condition of the rack and crank before each use, lubricate the moving parts periodically, and not exceed the maximum capacity of 5000 kg. For cantilever loads, respect the Q1 limit of 3500 kg.
