Product description
The monoblock welded locker with 1 door is a durable storage solution designed for commercial environments. Constructed from cold rolled steel sheet, this locker features a robust monoblock welded box that enhances its durability. The locker is framed and equipped with a key mechanism that allows the entire frame to open simultaneously, while individual compartments can be accessed separately.
Standard lockers are finished with blue powder epoxy-polyester paint on the doors and gray RAL 7035 on the structure. They are available in various configurations, with a width of 400 mm. Customers can select the number of bodies required (1, 2, or 3) from the dropdown menu. The lockers are shipped fully assembled.
The sides, ceilings, sockets, and separators are painted in gray RAL 7035. The doors are framed and painted in Blue RAL 5010, featuring smooth edges and hidden hinges. Each door includes a card holder and ventilation rosettes. The default locking mechanism consists of chromed cylinder locks with two keys, while alternative lock types, such as padlocks or electronic combinations, are available upon request.
Each locker includes a vertical divider for the 400 mm and 500 mm models. The lockers are equipped with high-quality galvanized steel backs, and a tray-hanger is included for hangers in 1-door lockers, while 2-door lockers come with a hanger only. Other configurations do not include trays or hangers.
Lockers are delivered mounted in one piece. The dimensions for a single body locker are 1800 mm high, 400 mm wide, and 500 mm deep.
Customization options include:
- Changing the door color: additional 5% per unit.
- Combining two door colors: additional 10% per unit.
- Combining three door colors: additional 15% per unit.
- Combining four door colors: additional 20% per unit.
- Other combinations: consult for pricing.
- Changing the body color: additional 10% per unit.
- Combining lateral color and trim: additional 10% on the trim side.
- Changing door and body colors: additional 15% per unit.
- Antibacterial paint: additional 5% per unit.
