The mobile band with a perforated panel is designed for the safe and efficient handling of oils and other materials from 200-litre drums. It features a robust construction with a 3 mm steel sheet and a galvanized grid, providing a load capacity of 1000 kg/m². This equipment includes hot galvanized handles for easy mobility and a sturdy perforated rear panel with square holes measuring 10 x 10 mm, arranged in a straight row pattern with 38 mm spacing. This design allows for the convenient placement of tool holders as needed. The collector tray is also equipped with perforated plates, facilitating drainage and ensuring safety. It has a tension belt and is mounted on two rotating wheels and two polyamide fixtures, each with a diameter of 100 mm, one of which includes a brake for added stability. The height of the construction is 125 mm. This mobile band complies with the Declaration of Compliance (UHP in German) and meets StawaR standards, making it suitable for flammable liquids classified under GHS categories 1 to 3, as well as hazardous substances for the aquatic environment classified under GHS categories 1 to 4.
