ROTATING COOKING PLAN MONOBLOCK FLAT VAULT. Cooking plan with a diameter of 150 cm Pavesi MONOBLOCK ROTATING, with a capacity for 14/18 pizzas, ideal for pizza by the meter. FLAT VAULT, round chamber with refractory concrete walls, single opening of 62x24 cm. Heats from 100° C to 300° C in 60 minutes (data measured with dry wood and insulated pipe of 25 cm in useful diameter).
The base and opening are made of shaped and fire-painted sheet metal, with a stainless steel ledge. This oven can fully meet the demands of establishments that operate for many hours.
A large, very large oven, but extremely responsive. It immediately recovers the calories released for cooking. All Pavesi wood-fired rotating ovens can be equipped with an electronically managed gas burner, including a special stainless steel protection against soot from the wood, allowing operation with gas as well.
