Description
The Manupack 1500 kg manual stacker with a 1600 mm lifting height is a steel manual stacker for lifting heavy loads without electricity. It has a high-pressure hydraulic pump, fixed forks for Euro pallets (540 x 1,150 mm), and an integrated lifting pedal that reduces operator effort during each work cycle. It lifts from 85 mm to 1,500 mm and has a folded height of 2,010 mm.
Its steel frame and polyurethane wheels on the forks and tiller provide stability and smooth movement. The equipment weighs 185 kg and has a compact design, allowing operation in aisles where an electric stacker of the same capacity would not fit.

It is recommended to periodically inspect the hydraulic pump, lifting pedal, and wheels, lubricate moving parts, and not exceed the maximum capacity of 1,500 kg. The load must be properly centered and stabilized on the forks before lifting, especially with loads close to the limit.
Being 100% manual, it requires no batteries or specialized maintenance, reducing operating costs. Its compact design makes it maneuverable in narrow aisles where an electric stacker of the same capacity cannot operate.
