Description
ROTATING COOKING PLAN MONOBLOCK FLAT DOME The cooking plan has a diameter of 150 cm with the Pavesi MONOBLOCK ROTATING oven, capable of holding 14 to 18 pizzas, making it ideal for pizza by the meter. It features a FLAT DOME design with a round chamber constructed from refractory concrete, a single opening measuring 62x24 cm, and can transition from 100°C to 300°C in 60 minutes (data measured using dry wood and a 25 cm diameter insulated flue).
The base and mouth are made from shaped and heat-painted sheet metal, and the hearth is constructed from stainless steel. This oven fully meets the demands of establishments that operate for extended hours. It is a large oven, but highly responsive, immediately recovering the heat lost during the cooking process.
All Pavesi rotating wood-fired ovens can be equipped with an electronic gas burner, including a special stainless steel protective cover against soot from the wood, allowing for operation with gas as well.
