Fork kit for FEM2A counterweight wheelbarrows (18-72V). Installation is very straightforward; forks can be mounted in a few steps without cables or wires. A significant advantage is flexibility, as they can be easily removed and reinstalled on another wheelbarrow.
Once mounted, they transmit data via Bluetooth to a wireless screen that allows the operator to verify the weight of the loads. The system includes an accelerometer for automatic ignition of the series mobile forks. It can quickly weigh goods with very high precision. The technology of load cells, manufactured from stainless steel with IP68 protection, combined with state-of-the-art software, guarantees a high accuracy of 0.1%.
The compact backlit screen for weight display in the cabin occupies minimal space and provides excellent visibility for the operator. Each fork is powered by a rechargeable plug-and-play lithium battery with a 90-hour autonomy, ensuring that the system is always ready to weigh when necessary. Additionally, the screen sends an instability error message indicating if the load is not in the correct position. It also alerts the operator about overloads and helps monitor the loaded weight, thus avoiding dangerous and unintended movements.
