Description
The new hydraulic overload control weighing system for electric stackers weighs loads in just 5 seconds by measuring pressure in the hydraulic lifting system. This system alerts the operator if the preset lifting limit is exceeded. When weighing a load, the load bar provides continuous feedback regarding the weight relative to the maximum lifting capacity. If an attempt is made to exceed the preset limit, both an integrated audible alarm and an electric relay are triggered.
This system is fully adjustable without affecting the hydraulic lifting performance, thereby enhancing workplace safety. It is compatible with telescopic wheelbarrows, container trucks, shovel loaders, and front loaders.
Key features include: precision of +/-0.2% to +/-0.5%, no alteration in the dimensions of the wheelbarrow, no reduction in wheelbarrow capacity, maintenance-free operation with no wires on the mast, a robust weighing system that prevents overload, shock and vibration resistant components, and compatibility with a wide range of lifting equipment. The system provides charging status through the overload bar, overload warnings via acoustic alarm, user-friendly installation, and is notably reliable. It includes an electric relay designed for overload actions, along with features for gross, tare, and net weight measurement, accumulation, dosage, and the capability to connect to a printer and a data transfer device. Installation instructions will be provided, and optional checks will be necessary.
