The Manupack 1200 kg electric stacker with a 1600 mm lifting height is the entry-level model in the QDA 1200 kg range, designed for high-traffic warehouses that need to efficiently and continuously lift pallets and loads up to 1200 kg throughout the day. With a lifting height of 1600 mm, it is suitable for installations with standard racking levels where the extra capacity compared with the 1000 kg range makes a difference.
Made of high-strength steel, it incorporates a high-pressure hydraulic pump driven by an electric motor, with a 2x12V/75Ah GEL battery and integrated charger. Speed control and fork lowering control ensure precise and safe handling. Its robust and compact design makes it suitable for working in narrow aisles.
The 1200 kg electric stacker with a 1600 mm lifting height is equipped with Euro pallet forks (540 x 1150 mm) and polyurethane wheels on both the front forks and the tiller for extended service life and quiet operation. Its 2080 mm stowed height allows use on standard trucks and loading docks. The net weight of 553 kg provides the necessary stability for loads close to the maximum rated capacity.
It is suitable for warehouses with heavy use in sectors such as logistics and distribution, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food processing, textiles, printing, construction, and agriculture. Its 1200 kg capacity makes it suitable for regularly handling heavy pallets where the 1000 kg range does not offer sufficient safety margin. For moderate or occasional use, 1000 kg manual stackers are available.
The electric stacker eliminates the operator's physical effort in lifting and moving, making it suitable for intensive use and full workdays. The GEL battery requires no distilled water maintenance and offers sufficient autonomy for a full day on a typical charge.
The Manupack 1200 kg electric stacker with a 1600 mm lifting height complies with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and bears the CE marking.
Suitable uses include warehouses with intensive use and full shifts, typical loads between 1000 and 1200 kg, logistics, chemical, food and pharmaceutical sectors, facilities with an available battery charging point, and warehouses with a shelving level up to 1600 mm. Not recommended for occasional or sporadic use, spaces without access to electrical power for charging, warehouses with shelving higher than 1600 mm, or loads that do not usually exceed 1000 Kg.
