The ELITE AVB 750 is a grinder designed for sharpening all tooth geometry types on carbide-tipped circular saws with diameters ranging from Ø100 mm to Ø850 mm. This model incorporates all the features of the AVB 850 in a more affordable and manageable half-cabinet format.

The total sharpening time (face + back) is 12 minutes and 33 seconds. Face and top grinding can be performed in a single setup. The machine employs a 5-axis CNC system, allowing for automatic operation and a rapid sharpening process. Easy access for saw blade placement and its compact design make this equipment particularly user-friendly.

The 10" color touchscreen control panel facilitates straightforward programming; different tooth shapes can be selected, along with options to adjust the sharpening order from either the face or back of the tooth. Additionally, the AVB 750 includes a variable pitch feature allowing customization of the distance between teeth, ensuring perfect synchronization during the sharpening cycle. The machine can automatically detect the position of each tooth and adjust the feed smoothly and accurately.
