This machine enables fully automatic side grinding of circular saw blades with carbide tips, featuring a diameter range from 100 to 850 mm. The ELITE model GBT 851 is our CNC automatic side grinding machine for circular saws with tungsten carbide teeth. It is similar to the GBT 850 but with one additional CNC axis that allows the machine to be fully automatic in each adjustment of the tooth geometry, totaling 5 CNC axes.

The machine includes a double grinding wheel system and its CNC operation with a 10.1" color LCD screen allows for precise and fast sharpening of the tooth flanks for manufacturing carbide circular saws or repairing recently welded teeth. It is designed to be fully automatic without unnecessary additional costs, eliminating complex extra components that could easily break or are expensive to repair. Additionally, it features a fully enclosed cabin for silent operation and a very fast door opening system that guarantees quick blade mounting and maintenance access.
