Container of hot galvanized chips

The mini container of chips painted red fire is designed specifically for train systems trailers, featuring a tilting mechanism that allows for efficient emptying. The emptying angle is optimized for separating fluid chips, making it ideal for draining and collecting welding water and oil. This container is engineered to prevent slip and involuntary emptying, ensuring safe operation. It includes a mid-frame drilled for screwing with a diameter of 50 mm on the floor, with perforations of Ø 3 mm and a separation of 6 mm. It is adapted to fit carts measuring 1200 x 800 mm and is equipped with a 1" drainage tap, allowing for emptying at any cable height from the driver's seat. The walls of the container are reinforced along the entire perimeter, providing added durability. The robust frame is designed with sleeves for fork handling, ensuring ease of transport and stability during use.
