Description
Integrating shelves into existing racking and shelving systems is a cost-effective and efficient way to update them and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The construction is made of 3 mm steel sheet, with a maneuver margin on the floor of 100 mm. It includes a Declaration of Compliance (UHP in German) and meets StawaR standards, approved for flammable liquids assigned to GHS categories 1 - 3 and for hazardous substances for the aquatic environment assigned to GHS categories 1 - 4.
The META CLIP S3 shelving system features tray decks, drip trays, and/or grating decks, enabling the storage of water-polluting liquids of GHS categories 1-4 and flammable liquids of GHS categories 1-3. Each shelf has a fluid capacity of 28 liters, and the drip tray offers a collection volume of 45 liters. Shelves are height-adjustable in 25 mm increments.
The Düperthal 1.46.015 hazardous substance shelving unit includes four gratings and a spillage tray, with dimensions of 1000 x 600 x 2100 mm (W x D x H) and a collection volume of 200 liters. It is suitable for flammable liquids F+, F, and water-polluting liquids WGK 1-3. The spillage tray, shelving uprights, and gratings are galvanized, with a height-adjustable system in 25 mm increments. It has a load-bearing capacity of 150 kg per shelf for uniformly distributed loads.
The Bauer FRA-3 drum shelf is made of 3 mm steel sheet and features a sump tray with a 100 mm ground clearance. It is approved for flammable liquids assigned to GHS categories 1-3 and substances hazardous to the aquatic environment assigned to GHS categories 1-4. The system includes a statement of compliance (ÜHP) and is StawaR compliant.
